Denise Koprive Killed in Auto AccidentPlease Pray ...
![]() Please pray for the family and friends of former CWJC Site Coordinator Denise Kopriva. She was killed in an automobile accident in Callahan County on Sunday, January 29.
Denise joined CWJC in 1995 becoming the Site Coordinator for the Lubbock CWJC in 2002. Since that time, her heart for reaching women has touched countless lives.
Jean Roberson, National CWJC/CMJC Training Coordinator writes: "[She] taught them how the Bible calls us to minister to those who need a second chance. [She] taught them how to organize and mobilize people. [She] shared how working with those in poverty is as much a spiritual battle as it is a journey of increased education and skills. When I think of all the people from Texas and other states who sat under [her] teaching and I see how they are making a difference in the lives of men and women in their communities, I see how God has moved through [her] successes and challenges and created a legacy from [her] life.
