Leadership Development
One of the main priorities of Tarrant Baptist Association is to develop healthy leaders. This is accomplished through ongoing experiential learning experiences and seminars.
ServantsEdge - is an extensive experience of spiritual refocus, learning, fellowship and support that includes four retreat weeks and monthly peer group meetings. Each retreat week focuses on specific learning disciplines to develop healthly leaders, healthy churches and Kingdom impact in the community. Senior pastors, ministry staff, support staff and key leaders are encouraged to participate in this God-led journey.
Training for Life - are ongoing learning seminars offered to help prepare pastors, staff, and key leaders to live the life that God has planned for them. Seminars might include Church Office Professional Conferences, Sunday School Teacher Training, Minister Tax Seminars, and more.
Life Coaching - is a new focus of the Association that is radically changing the way ministers practice leadership. Coaching is a dynamic process by which one person listens and asks key questions that help evoke change within another.
